VT Design Solutions is providing on-site field observation services for the M/E/P systems designed by Heapy Engineering. The observations are taking place at the downtown Cincinnati project construction site and will be executed in sixteen site visits over an 18 month period. VT Design Solutions’ written field observation reports consists of the following information:

• Date of the site visit


• Specific work performed


• Status of the work reviewed


• Deficiency log individually listing non-conforming items identified during the visit including photo
