President
Mr. Wofford founded Valu-Tech as a division of CDO Technologies, Inc. in
1999 specializing in engineering services . Later the division was incorporated as a stand alone engineering services business in 2006, and is currently doing business as
VT Design Solutions.
Deeply committed to the idea that people working together can achieve great things in a community, Mr. Wofford is an ardent supporter of a number of

Gary Volz
Vice President Finance & Operations
Mr. Volz is Vice President of Finance and Operations. He has diversified experience in both manufacturing and service oriented companies, as well
as management consulting with two of the Big 4 public accounting firms. As a senior financial executive in five privately held companies, he managed
the finance and accounting, information technology, human resources, and the external professional accounting, legal and risk management teams.
Specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, performance management, process re-engineering and cost management. In addition, Mr. Volz
has in-depth experience in merger and acquisition projects, and has successfully implemented several ERP systems.
His solid leadership and interpersonal skills result in effective team building and staff development. Mr. Volz has a BBA and an MBA in accounting
from the University of Cincinnati, College of Business Administration, and is Certified Public Accountant in Ohio.

Mary Sigmon
Business Development Manager
Ms. Sigmon is the Business Development Manager for VT Design Solutions. Mary has over 15 years of marketing and business development experience
in the A/E/C industries. She has project management experience in the following type of projects: site development, master planning, urban and sustainable
design, renewable energy and green fuels, community zoning and development, entitlements, grant acquisition and management, feasibility studies, market
analysis, and economic development.
Mary served as Chicago's Clean Cities Coordinator for the U.S. Department of Energy.
She is responsible for developing new business opportunities and project development for VT Design Solutions. Mary holds a M.S. degree in Public
Policy and Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Bachelors degree in Urban Planning and Design from the School of Design,
Architecture, Art and Planning from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Darius A. Powell
Business Manager
Mr. Powell is the Business Manager for VT Design Solutions. He has more than 15 years of experience in the CPG industry with Procter & Gamble,
Frito-Lay, Coors Brewing Company, and Mad Croc Brands. His diverse experiences encompass general management, sales, marketing, finance, and
operations. He has managed businesses ranging in size from $60MM - $100MM.
Darius has particular expertise in team building, performance management, business analysis, and cost reduction.
Darius is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and has an MBA from Duke University.

Cliff Baumbach, PMP
Project Manager
Mr. Baumbach has over 30 years of engineering/construction experience with over 22 years in leadership positions. He has successfully managed
major engineering/procurement projects exceeding $100M in the consumer products industry.
During his career Cliff has managed several industrial engineering projects. He managed a major plant expansion initiative and led the design team
for a liquid products plant. Through multiple assignments, Cliff has also directed project teams in implementing new technologies and quality assurance
programs.
Cliff is certified as Project Management Professional.

Steve Guiler Project Manager/Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Guiler has over 31 years of experience in mechanical engineering and design, and project management. Steve has in-depth knowledge of machine design
including fabrication, constructability, installation and start-up.
He has managed several project teams for industrial engineering projects, both process and facility. Steve led the project team for a manufacturing process
capacity increase as well as new systems design for converting, making, and packaging systems. Steve also led project teams for internal building space design/build,
expansion, and reconfiguration.

Dwight Johnson
Project Manager/Commissioning/Facilities
Mr. Johnson has over 33 years of experience in various design technologies with extensive background in Process Piping, Process Mechanical, Dust Collection,
HVAC, and other Facility/ Utility Systems. As a Technical Leader at various levels for over 23 years, he has managed design teams to deliver successful execution of
projects across multiple disciplines and through multiple engineering phases (conceptual through start up). He has had bottom line accountability for project quality,
budgets, forecast, cost, and schedule.
Dwight has a demonstrated a sterling record of "getting the job done" within the "team" concept deliver quality results..

Ron Williams
Electrical Designer
Mr. Williams has extensive electrical engineering and power distribution design and analysis experience in facility renovation and new construction in the
commercial, industrial, and health care industries This experience includes various levels of electrical and pneumatic design, PLC 2/5 series programming,
inspection, and start-up.
His recent experience includes lighting and power designs for several area hospitals, universities and utility companies, which included both renovated
space and new research facilities. His designs incorporated normal, critical and emergency power lighting, as well as substation designs and layouts.
Ron's experience in electric systems includes custom control system design, emergency back up design and specifications, panel schedules, load and
circuiting calculations, lighting, circuiting and controls, AutoCad lightning calculations, and photo metrics, new service feeders and generator switch gear.
In addition, he has demonstrated abilities in start-up and trouble shooting, involving problem diagnosis, repair and maintenance of converting and
packing lines, and building facilities equipment.

Eric Schlecht
Mechanical Designer
Mr. Schlecht has experience in HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems design that include engineering calculations, design drawings, field verification and "as-built"
documentation.
He is experienced in CAD Systems through 2005 and 2-D and 3-D (Building Information Modeling - BIM) applications. He has performed project engineering support
activities in scheduling, and monitoring project budgets and costs.
He has vast experience in mechanical HVAC design. He has calculated heating and cooling loads, estimated cost for system upgrades and replacements, designed
and resized commercial and industrial ventilating systems, prepared detailed 3-D drawings, and developed air flow schematics for HVAC systems.

Michael Smith
Project Manager, M.E.P.
Mr. Smith is a M/E/P construction manager, commissioning agent, and experienced in construction estimating, planning and project management, across all
disciplines to include, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. He has worked in a wide cross section of industries, from light commercial to heavy
industrial. He has supervised and monitored the installation of audio and visual security systems. He utilizes Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems in the
integrated MEP design and installation.
He has managed commercial and industrial construction projects up to $100 million. In addition, he manages all stages of construction from concept to
certificate of occupancy. He facilitates owner architecture construction management teams. He is a "turn key" manager focused from the pre-bid phase to
owner acceptance.
Specific recent experiences include two high profile, state of the art facilities in the museum and entertainment markets, utilizing thematic lighting and
system finishes and installations.
In his assignments, he has managed budgets, costs and schedules.

Michael Tullis
Mechanical Engineer, P.E., LEED AP
Mr. Tullis has over 25 years of experience as a mechanical engineer. Michael's expertise is in HVAC, central utility systems,
and energy management for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. He has enjoyed a career
of continuous progression beginning as a Plant Engineer for the US Department of Energy to managing many projects of
increasing scope across several market sectors with engineering design firms.
Michael is a Professional Engineer and is licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Puerto Rico.
He is also a LEED Accredited Professional and incorporates sustainable principles in his designs where applicable.
Michael holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from
the University of Dayton.
